Patricio is an industry veteran with 25 years of public company finance experience. He would be able to provide insight on a Latin American company successfully going public in the U.S. and also the company’s record third quarter 2021 financial results. Procaps’ net revenues increased by $27.5 million, or 35%, to $106.8 million for the three months ended September 30, 2021, compared to $79.3 million for the three months ended September 30, 2020, driven by strong demand across its branded Rx and OTC businesses in both its existing products as well as from our continued rollout of new product launches.
