Jill Silman Chapman

Jill Silman Chapman is the Director, Early Talent Programs at Insperity. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master's degree in HR Management from Tarleton State University, SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications, and has 25+ years' experience in the HR and recruiting industry.

Ms. Chapman partners within our organization in order to recruit and retain early talent in internships and fulltime employment. Through presentations, webinars and podcasts, she delivers relevant observations on today’s workforce trends and employer best practices. Ms. Chapman has been quoted as a business expert in such media outlets as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and CBS MarketWatch.
