Catherine Harris

Catherine leads Acre’s Sustainable Business practice for the Americas. She brings more than 15 years of experience in executive search, sustainability, climate change, human rights and ESG. The majority of Catherine's work focuses on Executive & Non-Executive or Advisory appointments. Prior to Acre, Catherine worked for a boutique executive search firm in the non-profit and public sector.

Catherine is a Trustee for Wild Survivors, the non-profit that prevents human-elephant conflict by delivering sustainable initiatives which place community welfare at the heart of wildlife conservation. She is also Trustee for Future-Fit Foundation, a non-profit that provides a free, science-based toolkit for businesses and investors to help meet sustainability goals.

Catherine is passionate about sustainability and protecting the planet we're so fortunate to live on. She completed a Master’s in Sustainable Tourism, Development and the Environment over 20 years ago - and strives to make real and lasting change through the people she is lucky enough to work with and to support on their professional journey.
